What are your opening hours?

We are open Mon-Fri from 9.30am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm

What are you change and cancellation charges?

Once booked most airlines will charge to change or cancel a booking. We will add an admin fee of £25 to any airline charges to manage this on your behalf. Please note some bookings may be non-changeable and non-refundable. If you are unsure please call us before booking.

Can I book on the phone?

Yes. We are always happy to speak to our customers. Please call us and we will be happy to help.

What do i do if there is a flight delay?

If your flight is delayed for more than a certain number of hours, you will need to speak to an airline representative when you are at the airport. You may be entitled to compensation from the airline, please visit the CAA website for more information on making a claim,

Do I need to check-in online?

We always advise customers to check-in online where is option is available. Once you have your flight confirmation and e-tickets please visit the airline website for more information on the check-in procedure.

What is an e-ticket and how is it beneficial?

E-ticket stands for electronic ticket. It confirms your reservation for flight without the requirement of the actual paper ticket. The e-ticket has all the details of the flight you are boarding. Your reservation record will also be available in airlines computer?s data. So, you will never have to worry about losing your ticket. All you require to do is just carry a copy of confirmation e-mail sent by Hoodaki, a valid passport and head straight to check-in-desk at the airport. After your details have been checked and verified, your boarding pass will be issued.
